Hey all!!! Just dropping a big THANK YOU here. I was a long time client spending countless amounts of money on the brand of extensions they offered at the Salon I use to go to. I stumbled across Aspy coming out of NL’s first lockdown last year.
Where do I start? The quality. The quality of this hair is absolutely AMAZING! The colour match was PERFECTION each time! I was cutting the price I was paying for this other brand almost in half!!! It was almost too good to be true! I couldn’t believe it!! Getting these high end extensions for a portion of the price, and that wasn’t the only beautiful thing I received. The very HIGH priority customer service and care I received will never be beat nor forgotten. I didn’t know Allison prior to becoming a customer. Coming out of covid I had ordered ASPY online during lockdown. I missed my appointment with my hair dresser to install. When Allison checked in on me and my extensions (which is incredible in itself, right?) I had filled her in on my missed apt and how devastating it was (i know it’s just my hair but it was a long lockdown ) Allison went out of her way for a complete stranger (♀️) and found me a WONDERFUL hair dresser who squeezed me in, when all of NL was trying to get a hair apt, wait lists were full everywhere!
