We have a no return policy once you have paid for your order.

Due to the delicate nature of hair extensions, they are deemed a hygienic product in which your order cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read and understand all policies set in place prior to purchase. By placing your order, you accept these terms. 

We have been working very hard at increasing our processing and shipping times.
As soon as your order is ready for shipment or pickup, your file will be updated. Until that happens, we have no update as your order is still in processing.

If you choose EXPRESS SHIPPING at checkout:

If you choose STANDARD FREE SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP at checkout:

ASPY is within its first three years of business and receives a very high volume of orders. We work as hard as possible to get your order shipped out in the order in which they are recived. Our color collections are modern and unique. It takes times to perfect these color blends and ensure the quality is top notch. If you need your extensions for a special occasion or on short notice, please email us hello@aspyinc.com and our team will try our hardest to accommodate your request. Please allow 12-48 hours for a reply.

Our warehouse is located in St. John's, NL, Canada. We often experience weather delays that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience during any delays. We understand the nature of hair extensions and your appointments with hair stylists for installations. Unfortunately, there can be outside factors that delay shipping beyond our control. We are solely a hair extension retailer and are not responsible for discounts or refunds due to appointment rescheduling.
