Refund policy
By placing your order, you accept to these terms.
1.If there is a quality concern in the product, the customer can contact ASPY Hair Extensions at aspyhairextensions@gmail.com within the first 30 days after receiving your package. If contacted after the 30 days, there is a no refund or replacement policy.
2.The customer will be then required to send back their hair extensions and shipping fees will be paid for by ASPY Hair Extensions. The shipping address will be provided by ASPY Hair Extensions via email.
3.The hair extensions then go through a testing process which can take up to 30 business days to see if there is in fact a quality issue, ASPY Hair Extensions will send the client new replacement hair. A refund in not an option in this situation as well. ASPY is not liable to pay any of the customer's hairstylist appointments for installations or removals if there is a quality concern.
