These were beautiful when put in but 2-3 weeks after first install they got matted and frizzy no matter what I did. I still tried to make them work so after a month and a half-2 month mark I had to remove. They looked awful. I used professional products. Always made sure conditioner was on ends and shampoo on scalp, used hair treatments, fully dried hair with heat protection, used a hair extension brush and brushed from end to top. Nothing worked. I reached back out for some clarification on why they were like this last week and no response.
It’s sad because they were so beautiful on install.
