Shipping, Delivery, Pick Ups And Refund Policies

CANADA and U.S

If purchase order is between $0-$249.99, the shipping rate is $20.

If purchase order is $250+, the customer unlocks FREE SHIPPING.

INTERNATIONAL (Outside of Canada and U.S)

If purchase order is between $0-$299.99, the shipping rate is $35.

If purchase order is $300+, the customer unlocks FREE SHIPPING.

Every item on the ASPY website is labelled as available for same day shipping or if it is subject to 5-7 business days for processing prior to shipment.

If the item is labelled as a 'same day shipping' item, the order will be shipped out that day if placed before 12 PM, NL time. If it is placed after 12 PM NL time, it will be shipped out the following buisness day.

This means that your order is not available for same day shipping. The order is subject to 5-7 business days processing before shipment.

For exmaple, customer places order on Monday, May 15th that is subject to 5-7 business days for processing. Processing begins the following business day.

Tuesday, May 16th: ASPY is closed and is not considered a business day.
Wednesday, May 17: Day 1 Processing
Thursday, May 18: Day 2 Processing *First day order may be shipped if processing is completed*
Friday, May 19: Day 3 Processing
*Saturday and Sunday's are not considered business days.*
Monday, May 22: Day 4 Processing
Tuesday, May 23: ASPY is closed and is not considered a business day.
Wednesday, May 24: Day 5 Processing
Thursday,  May 25: Day 6 Processing
Friday, May 26: Day 7 Processing *Last day order could be shipped*  

Once processing is complete and your order has shipped, within Canada and U.S, your order will be deliverd within 2-5 business days.

Once processing is complete and your order has shipped, outside of Canada and U.S, your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days.

*Please note, weather delays, shipping delays, etc are out of ASPY's control. Unfortuantly, there can be delays with shipping once your order has been taken over by the shipment company. ASPY is not resposbile for delays out of our control.*

You will recieve an email with your tracking number once the label has been created. 

*Please note, the creation of labels is a part of our processing. Please allow the proper processing times to see movement in your shipment.*

If you are within Canada, there will be no taxes or duties applied as ASPY ships from St. John's, NL.

If you are outside of Canada, customers are resposbile for any taxes or duties applied to your shipment by boarder control. 

 ASPY ships with Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex and DHL. We always chose the shipment company with the fastest delivery for your area.

Yes, they do. 

If your order is marked as a 'same day' item and you order before 12pm, ASPY will send you an email that day when your order is ready for pick up.

If your order is marked as 'subject to 5-7 business days for processing', ASPY will send you an email after the processing times are completed and your order is ready for pick up. 

*Please note, your order is not ready for pick up unless you recieve an email that it is ready for pick up.*

A $20 shipping fee invoice will be sent to you if your order doesnt reach the minimum for free shipping.

If a shipping label has already been created, we are unable to refund the shipping fee.
If a shipping label has not already been created, we are able to refund the shipping fee.

We have implemented a new order holding policy for security reasons. We are able to hold pick up orders for two business starting the following day after a pick up notification has been sent via email. A holding fee of $10/per day will be charged upon pick up exceeding the two business days. The balance must be paid before the package is released by our team. If the customer refuses to pay the holding fee, the package will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be provided.If the package is not picked up within 30 business days, the order is considered abandoned. No refund will be provided for an abandoned order.

Choosing either pick up or shipping does not change processing times if they are applicable on your item. We do not have an option to skip processing times.

Yes, of course you can come into our store at any point during business hours and buy anything that we currently have in stock on our shelves.

If you are curious if we have a certain product that you can come buy right away in store, give us a call at 709-368-4941 during our business hours.

If we do not have the item you are looking for left in stock, it will be ready in approx one week from time of purchase in store as we have incoming inventory weekly.

We do not offer this as an option at this time.
