No Refunds or Exchanges
- We have a no refund or exchange policy once payment has been made for your order.
- Hair extensions are a hygienic product and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. By placing or purchasing your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
- This policy applies whether your order has already shipped, if you have not yet opened the package, or if the hair has not been used.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- ASPY Hair Extensions is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post or other shipping services).
- No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to shipping errors or delays.
Appointments & Additional Costs
- We are a hair extension retailer and not responsible for any costs or fees associated with appointments, including rescheduling.
- Any additional costs for hair installations or services outside of our product offerings are not the responsibility of ASPY Hair Extensions.
