Kindly note, that due to Covid-19, shipping delays may occur that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience during any delays that are beyond our control during this time.

We understand the nature of hair extensions and your appointments with hair stylists for installations. Unfortunately, there can be outside factors that delay shipping beyond our control. We are solely a hair extension retailer and are not responsible for discounts or refunds due to appointment rescheduling. ASPY Hair Extensions is not responsible for the additional costs of hair extension installations. 

PROCESSING TIMES:

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.



DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Canada)

If you choose EXPRESS SHIPPING ($20) at checkout :

Your order will be shipped, after processing is complete (1-7 business days), and you will receive a tracking number. The customer will receive their order within 2-7 business days *after processing times*This time is approximate. Processing may be shorter or longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic..

If you choose STANDARD SHIPPING ($10)  at checkout:

Your order will be shipped, after processing is complete (2-7 business days), and you will recieve a tracking number.  The customer will recieve their order within 2-14 business days *after processing times*. This time is approximate. Processing may be shorter or longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you choose STANDARD FREE SHIPPING ($100 minimum purchase)  at checkout:

Your order will be shipped, after processing is complete (2-7 business days), and you will recieve a tracking number.  The customer will recieve their order within 2-14 business days *after processing times*. This time is approximate. Processing may be shorter or longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you choose RETAIL STORE PICKUP *Newfoundland Customers ONLY* at checkout:

You will be notified via email that your order is ready, after processing is complete (2-7 business days). Please note, if you have not received an email, your order is not ready for pickup yet. We ask our customers please respect processing times and wait for us to contact you with your pick up notification.  This time is approximate. Processing may be shorter or longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of Canada)

If you choose EXPRESS SHIPPING ($35) at checkout:

Your order will be shipped, after processing is complete (1-7 business days), and you will receive a tracking number. The customer will receive their order within 2-7 business days *after processing times*This time is approximate. Processing may be shorter or longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you choose STANDARD SHIPPING ($20) at checkout:

Your order will be shipped, after processing is complete (1-7 business days), and you will recieve a tracking number.  The customer will recieve their order within 5-15 business days *after processing times*. This time is approximate. Processing may be shorter or longer due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

PAYING VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:

  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards through our secure payment system.
    All customs and duties are to be paid by the customer.
