We are a small business growing rapidly and appreciate your support!
STEPS TO TAKE IF THERE IS A QUALITY CONCERN:
1.If there is a quality concern in the product, the customer can contact ASPY Hair Extensions at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 30 days after receiving your package. If contacted after the 30 days, there is a no refund or replacement policy.
2.The customer will be then required to send back their hair extensions and shipping fees will be paid for by ASPY Hair Extensions. The shipping address will be provided by ASPY Hair Extensions via email.
3.The hair extensions then go through a testing process which can take up to 30 business days to see if there is in fact a quality issue, ASPY Hair Extensions will send the client new replacement hair. A refund in not an option in this situation as well. ASPY is not liable to pay any of the customer's hairstylist appointments for installations or removals if there is a quality concern.
We have been working very hard at increasing our processing and shipping times!
As soon as your order is ready for shipment or pickup, your file will be updated. Until that happens, we have no update as your order is still in processing.
If you choose EXPRESS SHIPPING at checkout:
Your order will be shipped out in the time frame stated and you will receive a tracking number. This time is approximate.Processing may be shorter or longer due to Covid shipping times.
If you choose STANDARD FREE SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP at checkout:
Processing times can take 5-10 business days and once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This time is approximate. Processing may be shorter or longer due to Covid shipping times.
Why are there processing times?
Each set of hair extensions are handcrafted after you place your order. Our color collections are modern and unique. It takes times to perfect these color blends and ensure the quality is top notch. If you need your extensions for a special occasion or on short notice, please send us a message on Instagram, Facebook or email email@example.com and our team will try our hardest to accommodate your request. Please allow 12-48 hours for a reply.

PAYING VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards through our secure payment system.
All customs and duties are to be paid by the customer.
