*Kindly note, that due to Covid-19, shipping delays may occur. Please allow 2-7 weeks to receive your order. We are not responsible for the mailing system and delays are unfortunately out of our control. *
We have a no return policy once you have paid for your order.
Hair Extensions are a hygienic product and cannot be returned at this time.
By placing the order, you accept to these terms.
If there is a defect in the product, the customer can file a claim within 30 days of receiving their hair extensions.
ASPY Hair Extensions will then decide if it is, in fact, a manufacturer defect and replace your hair extensions.
We accept the following forms of payment:

PAYING VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards through our secure payment system.
PAYING VIA E-TRANSFER/Paypal
All bank transfers can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
This can be done by online transfer of the payment from your bank account to ours using your online banking service. We ask that you make the password 'extensions' for your e-transfer to be processed. This allows your order to begin processing immediately. Please note that all prices quoted are in $CDN.
All orders have a standard shipping cost of $10. While we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of our carriers, we will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services. All orders are therefore insured for the value of the shipment by the third-party service.
If your order is IN STOCK, it will be shipped out within 48 hours. If it is not in stock, it will take approx 7-15 business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the color you have chosen as certain colors take longer to handcraft. Each set of extensions are handcrafted with great attention to detail. The order is then shipped via FedEX and will arrive in 2-3 business days.
If the customer pays via credit card, there is a three business day delay until Aspy Hair Extensions receives your payment. Once the payment is received, the order will immediately begin to be processed and will follow the processing times listed above.
There is no express shipping option at this time.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
